CNC Cutting Tables
CNC Cutting That Turns Complex Designs into Reliable Parts
Sparks Mol’s large‑format CNC cutting and indexing tables give OEM engineers the freedom to design without compromising manufacturability. From intricate profiles to routed features to perforations, fabrics, leathers, and other flat materials, we cut to your specifications with repeatable precision—integrated seamlessly into your custom conveyance solutions.

Printing & Coating
Purpose‑Built Printing That Integrates Seamlessly Into Your Design
Sparks Mol’s digital belt printing system integrates seamlessly into custom‑engineered solutions, giving OEMs durable, high‑clarity graphics without adding complexity to the build. Our permanent‑ink process prints cleanly with no cooling cycles or downtime, delivering an economical, hygienic option that holds up in demanding environments.

Cover Profiles
Engineered Cover Profiles That Tune Belt Performance to Your Application
Sparks Mol offers on‑demand cover profiling for PVC and polyurethane belts, adding custom textures to the top or bottom surface to match the functional needs of your equipment. With access to ten distinct profile options, standard belts can be resurfaced to refine grip, interaction, or release characteristics—ensuring the belt performs precisely as your application requires.

Splicing, Lacing & Endlessing
Joining Solutions Built for Strength, Compatibility, and Application‑Driven Performance
Sparks Mol offers complete belt joining solutions, including mechanical lacing, endlessing, and precision splicing to ensure strength, flexibility, and reliable performance. Each solution is selected to support proper belt tension, seamless integration, and long-term durability within your conveyor system.

Guides
Engineered Guide Solutions for Precision Tracking
and Product Control
Sparks Mol offers a full range of guide solutions—solid, notched, continuous, and segmented—to enhance belt tracking and application performance. Continuous V‑Guides are thermo‑welded, glued, or cast to the underside of the belt and aligned with matching pulley and bed grooves for positive, reliable tracking. Notched options add flexibility, while cast polyurethane V‑Guides deliver tighter lateral and longitudinal control and will not delaminate under demanding conditions.
These guide configurations support both tracking and product containment needs, helping OEM engineers maintain system precision and prevent belt slip across a wide range of applications.

Cleats + Flights
Cleats and Flights Engineered for Product Control
and Application Precision
Sparks Mol offers a wide range of cleat and flight configurations—including rib, urethane, T‑cleats, super, box, and angled options—supporting light‑to‑heavy incline conveying and application‑specific product handling. Rib cleats are FDA/USDA‑approved and widely used in food processing applications, particularly for proteins and dough handling, thanks to their consistent rib spacing and hygienic performance.
T‑cleats provide reliable performance for general incline conveying and are available in multiple compounds, while angled scoop designs position product toward the belt centerline for better control. Box cleats offer secure product containment, and Sparks Mol’s fabrication process produces smooth, sanitary transitions without inside corners or weld buildup—supporting microbial‑level cleanability options, deliver controlled product movement and durable incline performance in food and industrial applications.

Cast Urethane
Precision Tracking with Durable Cast Urethane V-Guides
Cast urethane v-guides allow tighter control of both lateral and longitudinal belt tracking as well as greater speed control, and will never delaminate from your belt. We can also custom-cast segmented polyurethane v-guides for special tracking applications.
Sanitary Design

ThermoGienic™ Cleats
Our unique fabrication process produces an extremely sanitary end product that is free of inside corners, niches or weld splatter. The cleats are permanently attached to the base belt forming a smooth 1/8″ radius around the entire perimeter of the cleat base. This innovative process ensures that your belts will remain easily cleanable to a microbial level. ThermoGienic™ cleats are part of the advantage as they are sanitary by design.

ThermoGienic™ Synchronized Sidewall
For controlled containment of product, we offer a hygienic sidewall. Our ThermoGienic™ sidewall is synchronously welded to the thermoplastic base belt. This results in a smooth consistent finish with a lower footprint for clean-ability with superior strength and minimum pulley capabilities.

Edgecap
Exposed fabric is absorbent. The liquids soaked up by a fabric can harbor bacteria and are difficult to sanitize. Edgecap seals the outside edge by removing exposed fabric and replacing the outside edge with a solid thermoplastic, resulting in an easy-to-clean edge that is non-absorbent. Edgecap also eliminates edge fray.
